1. Submitting employee data, contributions and negative adjustments: Form TSP-U-2; Form TSP-U-2-G; record layouts in TSP Bulletin 02-U-21. 

2. Submitting loan payments:  Form TSP-U-2-L; FRB record layouts; TSP Bulletin 05-U-11.

3. Submitting recharacterizations:  Form TSP-U-2-R. 

4. Reports payroll offices receive: 

   1. Uniformed Services Guide For Report Descriptions And Data Record Formats, version 2.02, dated May 28, 2003, 80 pages; available as a PDF (1.3 mb) or download the Microsoft Word File (4.3 mb) via a Self-Extracting ZIP (2.1 kb) for the reports that will be produced by the new record keeping system.
